forth day of my diet program..
great..slowly adapt to non-rice dish..
the H1N1 is getting worse..so i chose to wear mask every time i go out from the office..
(sometimes i wear it in the office since i can hear few ppls are coughing)
HASZ who is currently sitting next to me is a health conscious human
so she's the one always reminding all about this fatal disease update
and we've taken pic together too..yeahhh!
